Without a doubt, this business really cares about it's customers. I have been here three times and have been able to notice that they are great business year around. Esperanza was wonderful and really went out of her way to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered quickly and efficiently. She even helped me with my car rental and reached out to HERTZ to make sure a car was available while my car was in the shop. Nichole (estimator) was fantastic, she really knows her stuff and was very clear about what was going to get done and how long it should approximately take. My family has been going to blackhawk for years, and have always had great experiences. Recently, I found myself coming here after being in an accident that resulted in major damage to my beloved sports car. The entire time that my car was with Blackhawk, the staff and owner, Brent, did an amazing job and kept me updated every single step of the way. Even when my insurance seemed to be dragging their feet, Brent made sure to contact me as often as possible with updates. The thing that stood out the most is the fact that Brent and the team were so thorough, and ultimately wanted to assist me in moving forward, by giving me multiple options, even if it meant losing my business. Because of their transparency, hospitality, and overall amazing communication, I'll stick with Blackhawk, just as my family has done through the years. As a Napa native, I can see why they've built such a solid reputation.

I recently was in Napa for Bottlerock and unfortunately, my car was towed because of where I parked. I was frantic in finding my car- after speaking with Napa PD they directed me to Blackhawk where I was connected to Miguel. He was so helpful and awesome to work with- helped me find the shop easy and offered any assistance possible! Even though that wasn't the way I expected the night to end, Miguel was so helpful and sweet- I was so thankful they were open late, I was able to get my car, and be on my way! Thanks again Miguel!

My experience with Dave at Blackhawk was professional, friendly, and above all expectations. I arrived with a Toyota RAV4 that was rear-ended, in need of repairs or to be declared a total loss. Dave dealt with the horrible insurance of the third party who hit me and offered useful advice through the entire process. I will definitely be returning for any and all auto body work.

Miguel came to my home to change a flat tire for me this evening. He was nice, professional, and quick. I would recommend their towing service highly. He made it out within a 1/2 hour of my request. I'm very happy and will definitely use them again.

Here I am again. Somehow my car is a side swipe magnet when parked in San Francisco. I also have a road debris collecting windshield when driving on highway 80. All of this happened in one week. I immediately got into contact with Brent at Black Hawk Auto. I received an appointment to my schedule fairly quickly. Upon arrival Brent immediately in a very professional manner, ran down what he was going to do to make my car whole. However there was a problem, what about my windshield? The windshield was a different claim. Brent simply made an appointment with SafeLite glass to have the work done at his shop. Now that's service! My windshield and bodywork done on the day promised. My car looked brand new. I'll tell you this, if can make it to Black Hawk Auto do so. Pay the tow truck guy an $50, push it there or whatever you have to do. You won't regret it. Black Hawk Auto is the best!

I am so grateful that Blackhawk Towing answered our desperate call on Christmas Day when our car broke down 85 miles from home! Our driver was so friendly and accommodating, and had the truck nice and warm for us after freezing in our dead car. It was a logistical nightmare dealing with our insurance trying to find someone open on a holiday, but Blackhawk was the first to respond back to them that was willing to go that distance. Originally we were suppose to figure out our own transportation since there were no trucks large enough to fit two passengers, but our driver managed to track down the other truck in his fleet so we didn't have to deal with yet another car/Uber/cab situation! So professional and friendly, it made a bad ordeal bearable. Give them a call if you are in a bind!

I've had all my body work done here by the guys at Blackhawk and it has always been top notch! They've always been on top of notifying me when things have come up while repairing the vehicle and just some of the most friendly bunch of people to work with! But what brings me to this review is nothing big, but something small, and in the end it's the little things that add up to something great. I called last Thursday and spoke with Brent about getting an emblem removed off my new car that didn't tickle my fancy. He just told me straight that it would take fifteen minutes and that would cover removing the emblem and polishing up the area. He then told me it would be on the house. Which brings us today, I show up but Brent was out to lunch, but Martin steps up and without question honors Brent's deal of on the house and less than fifteen minutes later it's done and I'm on my way! Like I said before, it's little gestures like this that really make a business shine! I recommend Blackhawk Body Shop highly to anyone!

I came here to get an estimate on a possible bent frame on my van. Martin came out, took a look, and told me an alignment would go a long way, and that I could get it done cheaper at a tire shop. It's rare to find this kind of honesty in a business. I know many other body shops would have blown smoke up my ass and taken me for a ride. Thank you Martin for your integrity. This is the body shop to go to in Napa.

After taking my car back to the dealer and having them send me to a body shop across the street that said they would have to replace multiple components to my car and I'd need to contact my insurance...I was worried. I just bought my car, know nothing about cars and was not keen on spending even more money on my car. I contacted my insurance and the claims adjuster recommended these guys. The claims adjuster said it may even be a quick fix that wouldn't cost me much of anything so the next day I dropped in without an appointment. The owner, Brent, was very nice and was able to take a look at my car immediately. The car door was fixed in a matter of about ten minutes and was such a minor job that they didn't even charge me for it. My car door looks and opens perfectly now! Knowing that my insurance carrier works with them, I don't want to say I'd be excited to work with them at some point but I feel good knowing that when I need a body shop for some more serious work I have a very good one to go to.

Took my car to them at the request of eSurance, who was paying for all the work. Blackhawk did an excellent job and was very responsive. In particular they were very diligent about matching a somewhat tricky burgundy color on my Highlander that isn't very common. All the people I dealt with were polite and informative.

This is amazing, I was rear ended and had to find a body shop, I called several places and every was so RUDE, and said Oh it will be 3 weeks out, I then call Blackhawk and the Lady that answered the phone was so caring of my needs and said bring it right in, That sealed the deal, the call the rent a car place for me and everything was handled threw them I didnt have to worry about nothing. EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE IS AMAZING ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL GO THERE..

I brought my bumper down to get painted and they did an exceptional job and the color was matched near perfect. Brent gave me a very good deal and the job was finished in the time frame that was given.

Brought my mother in-laws car here and the quality work is top notch. They handled the insurance company and the rental company. Great service and they even buffed the head lights just to do it. Quality work, great service, I would definitely come back if I need any more work done on my car.

Wow. They did beyond expectations. My Lexus is300 drivers side rear door, and quarter panel was dented nd scratched. As well as the wheel, nd they fixed everything like new! To match the paint of the whole car. Just to make it better my gas lid had a small dent nothing big, bt they fixed it for free, my rear bumper on the passegers side was cracked and dented, and they painted it to match the cars color, they didn't repair it.( because it was from another accident) bt they painted over it for free, I thought it was really thoughtful of them! In all Great WORK
